这是一家很好的餐馆。环境也非常棒，服务员的态度也不错。不过就是上菜的速度太慢了！我真喜欢它的面包！ 吃午饭又便宜，又好吃.午休的时候有很多人，但是没有排队。 晚上的时候很好玩儿。我很喜欢这家餐馆。 我和我的朋友们常常休息在这家餐馆！

This is a very good restaurant. The environment is also very good, the waiter's attitude is not bad. But the speed of serving is too slow! I really like its bread! Lunch is cheap and delicious. Нежно любим ПанСметан уже много лет. Дружелюбно встречают, комфортно располагают, быстро обслуживают, вкусно кормят. Иногда бывают нюансы, чего-то нет из меню, задержали блюдо, не принесли, официант забегался про нас забыл. Я думаю такое бывает везде. Главное общее впечатление, и такие мелочи его не испортят.  В ресторане комфортно как с друзьями, так и с детьми.  Забежать пообедать или провести вечер с дружной компанией.

We love PanSmetan for many years. Friendly meet, comfortable, fast service, delicious feed. Sometimes there are nuances, something not from the menu, detained dish, didn't bring, the waiter was running about us forgotten. I think it happens everywhere. The main general impression, and such tiny things won't spoil it. The restaurant is comfortable with both friends and children. Run for lunch or spend the evening with a friendly company.

Всегда было всё отлично, но видимо администратор решил обгадить всё, что бы спокойно уйти в декрет (а именно Юлия), ситуация в следующем: заранее забронировал стол (причём конкретный), по приходу нам объявляет (Илья, с которым бронировал стол), что какие то клиенты типа не слышат, что им говорят (что стол забронирован), сели за другой стол, но админ (Юлия) решила их пересадить за наш стол (так же забронированный), и по нашему приходу она просто развела руками и сказала, что ничего не может поделать (типа клиенты уже сидят и ей по x е p), а мы кто? Не клиенты? Если честно я охренел от такого отношения!!! Ни разу такого не встречал, тем более в ресторанах (это уже с вопросом, ресторан ли?), может в бьiдло-бар какой попали? Ответьте господа владельцы!!! Причём по брони понятно я думаю, что отдыхаем у Вас не на 3 т.р. С горем пополам, спустя мин 40, освободился стол со стульями (бронь была на стол с мягкими диванами), сели туда и в итоге нас ещё мин через 40 пересадили на мягкие места. И даже при таком обслуживании посидели втроём на хорошую сумму. Осадок остался!!! В следующий раз точно бронировать не будем тут.

And on the reservation it is clear that I think that we rest at you not for 3 t. With a woe half, after 40 min, released the table with chairs (the reservation was on the table with soft sofas), sat there and eventually we were transferred to soft places after 40 mins. And even with such service we sat on three for a good amount. The rainfall remained!!! Next time we will not book here exactly.

Решил отметить свой юбилей в данном  заведении, о чем заранее был предупреждён персонал, однако когда принесли счёт, моя супруга вынуждена напомнила, что у нас праздник, тогда официант сделал перерасчёт со скидкой на разливное пиво и вынес торт. Затем мы рассчитались и предъявили бонусную карту для накопления бонусов. На следующий день бонусы начислены не были, связавшись со службой поддержки был получен очень некомпетентный ответ о том, что бонусы нельзя одновременно накопить и списать, но бонусная карта была предъявлена исключительно для накопления! В свободном доступе , в том числе на оф. сайте, информации о том  что при предоставлении скидки на разливное пиво бонусы на карту лояльности не начисляются, нет. Уровень сервиса и обслуживания данного заведения существенно снизился, ресторан не клиентоориентирован, система лояльность не работает должным образом. В заведении не ценят своих постояльцев! Не рекомендую отмечать своё торжество в данном заведении.
